At one time, I thought that the public squabbles between Jerry and Goja was such a waste of bandwidth...
Then it became entertaining...
And then there was Dr.Z with his constant K-pop/musical postings. I mean, if u constantly do the same thing... it does become boring. But occasionally, some of his postings met my music tastes too. ;-)
And then there was "tik-tok-fong-gong-mui"... simple humour, though some didn't think so...
NOW...
We have an EX-MSIAN professing to be a Mahathir expert. Opinions so skewed... Even Mahathir's strongest critics had something nice to say. And why does he bother anyway. He/She is EX-Msian anyway. EX EX EX... Left the country. Suddenly, he behaves like he's gonna save the country he so loved and LEFT. What a paradox. Left already keep quiet la. If u have surrendered yr right to vote, you have no say anymore. Whilst still Malaysian, did he/she do anything? Truly... they do say... "EMPTY VESSELS MAKE THE MOST NOISE!"
IMHO... DAMNED GOOD RIDDANCE. We certainly don't need citizens like that. People who have given up and left should concentrate on making their new chosen country better.

This one will not only save Malaysia... He/She will save the world... Sounds a bit like a religious nut. Happens most often with the "born-again" type... We certainly have more than enuf religious nut. Be a spiritual fruit please. Give advice only when ur asked. If u really want to preach, it's a profession. GO BE A PREACHER. PREACH in a church... because people who go to church are seeking guidance. Do you think people come to Ahmoi.com for the same reasons as going to a church?

Whilst everyone goes emo on the discovery of the body of the little boy now, I am reminded of a movie I've watched before... same as the title of this posting. Nice movie. Go watch if u haven't seen it before.

Harsh as I may sound... I think it's true that irresponsible parents get what they deserve. You reap what you sow.
Genetic inheritance... in the form of "looks", "brains", etc no doubt plays a very important role in determining what kind of life you'd lead. It limits where you can go... For example, if you are not born with enough "brains", you can't be a nuclear scientist.
Technology, however, can nowadays "enhance" some of these deficiencies. Better teaching methods can bring you that little bit further. More geniuses are identified at an earlier stage. Plastic surgery can do wonders...
THEREAFTER...
It's what you actually do with what you have that counts. Whether you do reach the potential you were born with, so to say. And this potential WILL CHANGE over time. AND you need to change what you do, over time, to fully realise this changing potential.
ps. BTW, I think Erin looks much better now than when she was a teenager. ;-)

Had a quick "chap-farn" lunch... Cost $5.80 with a cup of Chinese tea.
Assuming $6/meal... 6x3x30=$540 just to feed oneself...$900 minimum wage now, with minimal deduction means $800 take home pay... After makan, u have $220 for ALL the rest of yr expenditure...
How to survive? And employers complain it's too much?
I think previously it was $700... Means u have $630 take home pay... And after food, u have $90 for the rest of yr expenses!!!
