Question:
How do I activate my profile?

Answer:
There are 3 main reasons for your profile activation problem:

  1. Did not receive Welcome Mail or Activation Link
  2. Invalid Code
  3. Lost your Activation Link
 
1. Did not receive Welcome Mail or Activation Link
Reason 1: Your email account has filtered the activation email. Please check your Spam/Junk Mail box.
Reason 2: You have registered your profile with an invalid or problematic email account (spelling error, over-quota, etc). Please click here register another new profile with correct email account.
Reason 3: You have updated your profile with an invalid or problematic email account (spelling error, over quota, etc). Please click here register another new profile with correct email account.
Reason 4: Your email account is not compatible with our system. Kindly try subscribing to more common email account providers such as Yahoo mail or Hotmail. Please click here register another new profile with correct email account.
 
2. Invalid Code
Because of line-wrapping which is commonly performed by e-mail clients such as Outlook Express, your activation link may have broken into two or more lines in the Welcome Mail.
E.g:
http://abcd.adad.com/getro=202.12
.122.333/nick=abcdefg
To remedy this, copy and paste the first and second line into the address bar of your internet browser, connecting them as in the following format:
http://abcd.adad.com/getro=202.12.122.333/nick=abcdefg
and hit your Enter key.
 
3. Lost your Activation Link
