Problem signing in?

Answer:
There are several reasons why you might have problem signing in:

  1. Did you update your email address recently?
  2. Are you a newly registered member?
  3. Did you enter a correct password and username?
  4. Is your profile still in our record?
1. Did you update your email address recently?
  If you have changed your email with Ahmoi recently, please make sure you have re-activated your account.

2. Are you a newly registered member?
  Welcome and thanks for joining Ahmoi!

Before you can make contact, please make sure you have fully activated your account by clicking on the activation URL in the welcoming email from us.

If you've lost the activation link, click here to request for a new one.

Please note that inactivated account will be removed 7 days after registration.

3. Did you enter a correct password and username?
  Please set your CAPS LOCK key correctly and verify that you are logging in with the correct password and username. To re-confirm your password and username, please click here.

We also recommend clearing your cookie files and caches (temporary internet files) and then try logging in again.

4. Is your profile still in our record?
  Please make sure your profile still exists by finding your profile on the site. If you cannot find your profile, it may have been removed/rejected.

Here are some of the more common reasons for profile removal/rejection:

1. You have violated House Rules. Click here to find out more.
2. You have not logged in for more than 6 months.
3. You have not activated your profile after 14 days of registration or updating your email address in your profile.
