1. Welcome to Ahmoi.com, the leading online community in Malaysia and Singapore.

2. Ahmoi.com provides services in online friends finding, match making and dating, photo galleries, blog, organises events such as contests (the "Services") subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be revised occasionally without prior consent to you.

3. In order to use the Services, you agree that:
(i) You are 18 year-old and above.
(ii) You must have your own access to World Wide Web, either directly or through any device and pay any access fees in order to use the Services.
(iii) You will be liable to pay all charges incurred for using some Services, inclusive of, but not limited to, Short Messaging Service (SMS) via mobile devices or World Wide Web.
(iv) All information provides by you for joining Ahmoi.com as shown on the registration form (the "Information") are true, precise, updated and complete. Ahmoi.com in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate or suspend your membership and to block your current or future use of the Services if the Information provided is not true, not precise, outdated or incomplete or Ahmoi.com has reason or reasons to suspect the Information provided is not true, not precise, outdated and incomplete.
(v) You will receive newsletter or email that contains promotional material, announcement of new services and other contents issued by Ahmoi.com.

4. AHMOI.COM may disclose part of your Information authorised by you. AHMOI.COM will not disclose all your Information unless required by any local, regional, national or international legal authority, government authority and any organization with legal rights.

5. You understand that all text, data, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials obtained via the Services (the "Contents") are solely responsible by the person who posted or transmitted such Contents either publicly or privately. AHMOI.COM does not control the Contents and does not guarantee the truthfulness, precision or quality of the Contents. (e) Upload, post or transmit any Contents via the Services contain any programmed viruses, computer code, files, data or programs that interrupt, destroy or damage any computer software or hardware or telecommunication devices in any way. (f) Upload, post or transmit any Contents via the Services that promote or provide information about illegal activities including but not limited to encouraging physical harm or injury against any individual or entity or encouraging abusive act to animals. (g) Duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services. (h) Damage, harass or threaten any individual or entity in any way (i) Imitate any individual or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your relation with an individual or entity. (j) Interrupt the Services or networks that are connected to the Services. (k) Break any rules, regulations, requirements, procedures or policies of the networks that are connected to the Services. (l) Disobey any applicable local, state, national or international laws or online transmission rules of any kind, in Malaysia or the country you live. (m) Proceed any commercial activities without consent and approval from AHMOI.COM, inclusive of, but not limited to, the following activities: (I) promoting any direct sales or multi-level marketing activities; (II) promoting or offering for sale any products or Services; (III) soliciting for any advertisers or sponsors; (IV) organising any lucky draw, contest or any events (V) upload, post or transmit sponsorship banner of any kind.

8. You agree to indemnify and hold AHMOI.COM, associates or other partners and employees for any damage from any claim or demand due to or cause by your Contents uploaded, posted or transmitted via the Services, your use of Services, your connection to the Services or your violation of the Terms of Service.

9. You agree that AHMOI.COM has the right to modify, whether increase or reduce the Services and to terminate or suspend any part of the Services, at any time or from time to time, temporarily or permanently, with or without any prior consent to you. AHMOI.COM in its sole discretion shall not liable to you or any other party for the modification, termination or suspension of the Services or any part of the Services.

You agree that AHMOI.COM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership and to delete all your Information, to bar your access to the Services, currently or in the future, without any prior consent to you if AHMOI.COM believes that you have violated any part of the Terms of Service. 12. AHMOI.COM runs advertisements and promotions on the Services. You shall agree that AHMOI.COM shall not responsible and liable for any loss or damage due to your correspondence or business dealings with, participation in promotions of, advertisers found via the Services.

You agree that the Services and all software that applied to support the Services (the "Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable proprietary rights and other laws. You shall also agree that Contents contained in advertisements or information obtained via the Services or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service mark, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree that you are not allow to modify, copy, rent, lease, loan, sell or distribute any part of the Software or such information and Contents stated above.

14. DISCLAIMER OD WARRANTIES (a). You agree that AHMOI.COM disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. (b). You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk. (c). You agree that AHMOI.COM is not warranty to you that: (i) The Services or Information or Contents or any other materials that you downloaded or exposed to via the use of the Services will meet your requirement. (ii) The Services or Information or Contents or any other materials that you downloaded or exposed to via the Services are accurate, reliable or error-free. (iii) The Services is uninterrupted, opportune, secure or error-free (iv) Any kind of error found via the Services will be eliminated immediately. (d). You agree that you are solely responsible or liable to any loss or damage due to your expose to the Information, Contents or any other materials that obtained via the Services. (e). Any advice or information obtained by you via the Services shall not be considered as a warranty unless stated in this Terms of Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY You agree that AHMOI.COM shall not responsible, liable for any kind of loss or damage due to: (a). the use of the Services (b). the modification of the Services (c). unauthorised access to or modification of your transmission or data (d). statements or conduct of any third party on the Services (e). any matter relating to the Services.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes related to this website shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
